For 40 years, Youth Villages continues to be the force for families. The force that’s changing the trajectory of lives, setting the pace and shaping the lives of everyone we connect with. Our force is only as strong as our people, the ones who bring impactful energy to our organization. That energy moves and ripples outward. That is what happens every time someone at Youth Villages chooses to invest in the people around them. The Our Family Campaign was created more than 20 years ago to make sure that our force never loses its strength. When life hits hard, your gift is what keeps a colleague standing, and our young people moving forward.

The Impact of Giving

Giving to the Our Family Campaign (OFC) is how every employee connects to the mission, no matter their role. Your contribution keeps the force moving by supporting staff through life-changing emergencies, including home fires, floods, unexpected illness and loss. Enriching the lives of children through adoption, mentoring and spiritual life programs, in addition to supporting young people to heal, grow and thrive through LifeSet and Youth Villages Scholars. OFC continues strengthening families and promoting safer, more resilient communities through Memphis Allies, and even empowering our dedicated staff, that is you, because without you, this organization cannot fulfill our mission and even empowering our dedicated staff – YOU.

Your Call to Give

You can choose to give a percentage of your pre-tax salary, a specific dollar amount each pay period or a one-time gift. For gifts at .5% of salary and above, you will receive thank-you gift options from which to choose. All pledges at 2% and above receive one paid day off, in addition to other gift selections. Gifts are cumulative, meaning you can choose to receive gifts from your giving level and all levels below.
